Operation Cougar Salvo, an Army training session is being held in Kamloops again this year.
About 700 soldiers are expected to be here. Kamloops was choosen because, in the words of
Lt-Col. Ken jyrkkanen of the Rocky mountain Rangers:
"Kamloops has the feel of Bosnia and the look of Afghanistan"
